This guy has a long show, but this is worth listening to all the way through.

I think the most important part starts at 1:14:00. He breaks down the REAL timeline to wrap up the election and goes over the Constitutional law and the states' laws.

He then points out that if SP and Trump's legal team drop all of their best evidence before the states certify, the assumption by the people, the courts, and the states' legislatures has to be that they had all of ^that^ in mind when they certified.

If they wait until right after certification, they can say, "Hey! They certified without knowing all the facts! We've got all this great stuff that is important to know." She can appeal to the public and the states' legislatures and insist that they take back their power from the executive branches until they know the facts based on the merits.

Now Sidney herself said something week before last about how the certifications meant nothing. That she could still file and still win. That the states would be forced to overturn the certifications. So he's on to something here.

This gives them a LOT more time, but (more importantly) it puts the power of choosing the electors directly into the hands of the state legislatures. If they fail to certify, it goes to the house where each state will have one vote each. With more states on the Trump train than the Biden (short) bus, Trump wins. And that last part may actually be their strategy. They may not even need to win one court case to bring it home. All they really have to do is instill enough doubt about the election to push the process farther along the Constitutional path than it normally goes.

They may not even need to win one court case to bring it home.

even if we win the court cases, best results will be that same path.

Can't argue to a judge 'election was so ridden with fraud it's moot... how about you pick me as the winner?'

I think SP included that requested remedy just for show.

This is why MAGA pedes around the country need to make New Years about MAGA rallies around the state's senate and house of rep buildings. That public showing would be a big argument as well.

Sounds like "why states certifying the election for biden is a good thing"

Every day that passes without justice further solidifies the coup.

I absolutely agree. The speaker says that technically, this could go on until right before the inauguration if the house doesn't vote. It can wait until the new congress is seated.

This would be an utter DISASTER.

But to get the win, we might have to wait until the states certify.

We cannot let people forget that Al Gore didn't concede for more than a month after the election.

Gore also lost. So maybe he shouldn't be brought up.

The point is that these deadlines are arbitrary. The only one that matters is the one in the Constitution.

Al Gore wasn't the one making the complaint. George Bush was. Al Gore was the projected winner.

Bush took every legal option available to him and HE WON. He was the one who had to go to court to STOP Florida from throwing out LEGAL ballots. (Florida was looking at ballots and if there was a tiny bit of paper that didn't punch out cleanly, they were throwing them out. But it was only the Republican ballots that received this scrutiny.)

This is Bush V Gore 2.0

And Trump will win, too.
