Old news. EMP attacks are possible, but technically difficult. I can't see any way that an enemy could coordinate an attack large enough to take out our entire 2nd strike capability, so MAD is still working. Those containerized weapons systems exist, but are fairly easy to track. Publicly available sites like marinetraffic.com have to have government versions being watched by people in our intelligence community.
