My understanding of this case is that it’s primarily about procedural problems, like observers not being able to see ballots, which means that they weren’t properly identified on Election Day. I don’t know if there are no claims of fraud in the lawsuit but it’s not the main argument to this case to my knowledge.
I thought they're only appealed the denial of the motion to amend the complaint? If so, how will scotus get to review everything? Also, I didn't think they got to present evidence either so what is in the actual record to review?
Finally, what is the status of the suit regarding the late mail in votes that the scotus refused to fast track prior to the election?
Something is at play here. Because they didn't try to prove their case in this suit. That's why it was dismissed by three GOP judges including a Trump appointed one. This may have hurt their chances at SCOTUS though so not really sure what's going on.
So I hope this is another one of those things that sounds bad, but is actually good? Nothing is preventing this from going to SCOTUS, right? Does it need to go through any more courts first?
This is not Newsmax - it's an Associated Press article that they reposted - which they do regularly, probably automatically or procedurally. Scroll to the bottom of the article.
Thanks for giving us what we wanted, morons.
WE WILL WIN WITH THE BIG DICK ENERGY!!!!!
It was always going to end up here anyway. Hopefully after the smoke clears all these activist judges can be made famous and impeached.
Tell me if I’m crazy, but this Trump appointed judge has to have known that a quick rejection helps us.
Did they do it on purpose to help us and still look like a good guy to the left?
Basically Trump planned this all along.
They helped cause the fraud.
The cuck line is that "No evidence of fraud was presented." and that "Giuliani explicitly did not say they are alleging fraud."
How true is that?

Lol at the shills in here saying we can't bring this to SCOTUS! We are you idiots!!

Not good. These were three republican-appointed judges and it was a 3-0 decision.

I mean on the Trump campaign side. It's like they didn't even try to win this case.
SCOTUS rules there was fraud. Trump is given every state. Game over.
Coming in January: impeachment and treason charges for their dereliction of duty to the Constitution and the law in the name of activism.
So I hope this is another one of those things that sounds bad, but is actually good? Nothing is preventing this from going to SCOTUS, right? Does it need to go through any more courts first?
Impeach these activist judges, or military tribunals. The lunacy will only end when there are consequences.
Not looking good, even for SCOTUS: Unless Newsmax is completely cucked, even they can't see how Rudy has this:
