Im sure they would be. I should point out that democrats commit a disproportionate amount of crime as well, along with people at the bottom end of the economic scale. To a laymen, that means black people, but there are a lot more poor white people in the U.S than poor black people, yet blacks commit the MAJORITY of crime in the U.S. Even though they are very much a minority... The point im making there is, that its not about wealth disparities.

The reason their culture has become so degenerate is democrats. BY DESIGN. Take fathers out of the home, allow drugs to run rampant, glorify gang culture, attack religion, etc. Democrat cities are just plantations, designed to keep people the cycle of poverty. They know how important culture is to a people's pursuit of greatness so democrats constantly inject trash culture into them to keep them poor.
There are many examples of blacks that escape the planation, mix with western culture properly, and succeed. Clarence Thomas, Dr. Ben Carson are two obvious example. For social media, Rob Smith and Candace Owens are to great examples. In the south, find a more conservative Baptist black community, and you wont see the crime you see in democrat cities.
