Will the server actually have evidence of massive vote manipulation?

The reason I question it is because I read Navid Keshavarz-Nia affidavit attached to Sidney Powell's lawsuit and he states that vote manipulation occurred BEFORE it was uploaded to the server. He mentioned use of the USB sticks to alter vote data on the Dominion machines and also foreign actors using Hammer and Scorecard to launch a Man-In-The-Middle (MTIM) attack altering the data after it is sent to, but before reaching the server, which, if I understood correctly, is undetectable (i.e., leaves no electronic footprint).

His credentials are impressive and his testimony is disturbing. After reading his affidavit I can't stop wondering why in the hell didn't our Intelligence Community do something to prevent the use of the Dominion and other vulnerable voting systems given that they've known about it for some time?!

why does never anybody wonder about all those "national security / intelligence startups" that are founded in D.C., and are awareded big $$$ contracts from uncle Sam almost immediately after inception, since they have the knowledge of the "public servants gone private"...

Major Jeffrey Prather alleges that the Kraken is actually a "counter-insurgency tool that is able to track the vote switching": https://m.youtube.com/watch?feature=youtu.be&v=kXN7v4waSmw&t=7m
