Convenient reason to stage large military forces without scaring the normals.

I'd think that too, "great cover", but Trump said months and months ago he'd use military to distribute quickly. Way before he knew when it'd get approved by FDA.

Could that announcement by Trump months ago have been some of his 3D chess that keeps the normals from becoming suspicious?

Yeah, he's been mentioning it so we'd be prepared for it, and enhancing the cover at the same time.

That's pretty high level tin foil hat. I'm not disagreeing, just interested in all the opinions and the whys.

I was simply pointing out that it doesn't do anything to the "great cover" if that did happen to be the case.

Possible that maybe it's being handled by the military specifically to make sure the vaccine isn't one from our enemies and so we can be confident that it's one that's been approved by the good guys, and that's all, I can't say one way or another.

But his mentioning the military playing its role for months now has simply prepared everybody for this scenario, and if special ops are going on in the background then the cover still isn't ruined.
