Their article about PA lawsuit:

"In the case before Brann, the Trump campaign asked to disenfranchise the state’s 6.8 million voters, or at least the 700,000 who voted by mail in Philadelphia, Pittsburgh and other Democratic-leaning areas."

"In fact, Pennsylvania officials had certified their vote count Monday for President-elect Joe Biden, who defeated Trump by more than 80,000 votes in the state. Nationally, Biden and running mate Kamala Harris garnered nearly 80 million votes, a record in U.S. presidential elections."

Fair, but putting propaganda filler on their website is still BS... when you search Newwsmax for PA update, this is still what you get.

This is an AP article. It's a space filler on most news websites and the lazy way out of journalism is to use AP articles. See at the bottom of the article:

Newsmax is very accessible to most people whereas OANN is not. Convenience does have something to do with it. When you find the perfect network please let know.

Newsmax maybe cucked but for the moment many people are happy to give Faux News the finger one way or another. Pumping up a slightly less bad competitors numbers has gotten Faux’s attention. A longer term solution would be preferable but it’s a short term solution akin to duct taping a car number in place till you get to the body shop.
