What Biden tax? Don't you have to be president to initiate such a tax? Seems improbable.

WTF, don't push business to stores like this. I know everyone's hoarding ammo, since corona and shit. But this is Fing disgusting, the prices some of these places are charging people for steel. Bought this same case beginning of year for $200 shipped. IF we all keep paying ridiculous amounts, they will keep charging.

RayMontane 6 points ago +7 / -1

Your welcome? Try and find any other case in the country for less right now. WTF do you think is going on? you got time to wait for prices to drop? do you not see whats going on? where you are? Jesus Christ dude. Prepare yourself. If links arent allowed thats different tho, let me know. just trying to help

Think of it as paying for rifle cleaning lessons.

When its in stock, SGammo.com has 556 for cheap. Unfortunately i can't order ammo online here from Commiefornia, though a friend paid 0.46/rd not long ago. Which reminds me, i need to go visit him. lol.

80% lower with no form 4473 before the ATF rules they're a violation is the way to go.

Justhalftheshaft 11 points ago +11 / -0

I know that all gun laws are unconstitutional, but learning that the ATF, an unelected, useless three later agency can make up new and arbitrary gun laws out of thin air has been an enraging experience.

trogdortheburninator 6 points ago +6 / -0

Oh, they just "interpret the law," because it's "a living document."

Fun fact, a slam-fire 12 gauge shotgun can be made at Home Depot for about $10. If you want to go really far down the DIY freedom rabbit hole, look into Deterrence Dispensed on your favorite not-Google search engine.

Can't stop the signal.

🤔

AndrewLB 4 points ago +4 / -0

Yep. I was lucky and got both an ar15 and ar10 lower before the commiefornia mandatory registration, then my luck ran out and both were lost in a boating accident

At this point, we're in "the enemy was carrying ammo for the gun he had, pick them both up" territory.

Whereami 8 points ago +8 / -0

At this point it’s my only path financially.

almond_activator 2 points ago +2 / -0

Sounds like this video might be as useful for you as it has been for me.

CMMG conversion kit and brick of 22lr for training ;)

ippwndu 8 points ago +8 / -0

Which ones have the best loot drops? I need to upgrade my armor, which right now is none.

2
almond_activator 2 points ago +2 / -0

I'm thinking a blue helmet, some OD green spray paint, and a couple handfuls of dirt and leaves will be an early pickup. Can't just rattle-can it, otherwise it shines in the dark.

Everything else depends on your physique. If you've got to wait for a fat one to come along, the usual African UN Rape Squad members aren't likely to be too forthcoming.

trogdortheburninator 1 point ago +1 / -0

The looters only drop Hi Points.

Better than nothing, but you should try and upgrade again before reaching the next stage of the game.

MAGA_Flocka_Flame 6 points ago +6 / -0

<sigh> and 22lr was finally starting to come back in the more rural areas too

it would change their flight pattern a bit, might have to practice with them to compensate for the changes.

why don't you just buy hollow point .22's? or do they no longer exist or something?

1
MostlyPeacefulMurder 1 point ago +1 / -0

Just get an airsoft rifle bro

That’s actually a good question

In theory: it might improve accuracy

In practice: it’s hard to really say. In this article, the author found some small improvements in his grouping, but couldn’t say with any certainty that it helped significantly

Only 3 out of 9 properly mushroomed

The tool used was “The Cavity Maker” by Ron Allard Enterprise

http://www.thegunmag.com/hollowpointing-22lr-is-it-practical-does-it-matter/

It really boils down to how much time and ammo you want to use up for experimentation

Dude I can’t find one anywhere. My brother just snagged a cheap AK from palmetto state so I was hoping to find one. So far, no luck. Out of stock all over.

While I love mine, I must say they’re awfully heavy. I wouldn’t wanna haul it up a mountain.

2
trogdortheburninator 2 points ago +2 / -0

Also not that much more expensive that 5.56 right now.

1
kyblugrass 1 point ago +1 / -0

True that. Even rolling your own 5.56 has now gotten pricier.
