I've been wondering if the Dems targeted specific demographics when they created fake votes, so as to set up future narratives about how this or that group is abandoning the Republicans.

This time I suspect that they needed so many votes that they just used every dead and moved-away person they could find, but it wouldn't surprise me if they add another element to their cheating in the future.
