Well for dealing with rioting, think back to this summer when the National Guard was deployed in big numbers. The rioters basically gave up instantly in that City. And technically the Guard didn't even have the authority to help arrest anyone. All they could literally do was stand behind the police as reinforcements.
So as long as they are deployed in proper numbers, there should be minimal rioting. Remember when Trump says the military is helping distribute the vaccine, that is most likely code word for they are in place to stop rioters

We could cancel every benched position from the federal circuits on down to poe dunk backwater county courts if we so choose. The Supreme Court is the only one outlined in the Constitution.
