Oh! That would be some sweet news. To see on Monday that Trump ends up in at least a +180.000 vote advantage in Wisconsin. By law you need a written request to send for a mail in or absentee ballot WI. They don't have documentation of written requests for the mail in ballots which therefore by law makes the ones without a written request invalid.
The biggest issue is that there are no applications/certifications for mail in ballots that were requested electronically. They don't have the receipts or any way to prove that any of the electronically requested mail in votes are legit.

In two counties alone (Milwaukee County, and Dane County) there are 100k mail-in ballots with no request records. These have to be thrown out. Today is Milwaukee County's last day for the recount, and Dane County will finish by Sunday.
Biden is only up by 20k votes, and 100k votes have to be thrown out.

Dane county is very liberal anyway where down ballot won’t be impacted. I imagine Milwaukee is too. Races down ballot in these counties just aren’t as close. You could toss 100,000 in either county and it wouldn’t impact them.

Ballots, once opened, are no longer associated with the written request. They become anonymous.
You either have to throw away selected geographical areas (precincts) or entire state.

Dane county is very liberal anyway where down ballot won’t be impacted. I imagine Milwaukee is too. Races down ballot in these counties just aren’t as close. You could toss 100,000 in either county and it wouldn’t impact them.
