This is a big deal. The GA general assembly is controlled by Republicans (35 to 21 in the state senate; 103 to 75 in the state house).

Man, I know the typos were a thing, but seriously that is terrible...

It's an old Trump trick. She purposefully put misspellings right on the front page so the hubristic media would jump on it to make fun of her not knowing all the while they are publicizing something they would normally suppress and now everyone knows about the voter fraud and the documents contents. Besides, this is just a copy of what was submitted. I'm thinking maybe she submitted one that was correct and then released the one on her Twitter which has misspellings for publicity.

That would actually be pretty brilliant, posting a public copy with the misspellings and a correct one for the actual filing.

She has a super successful 30+ year career as a federal prosecutor. Even simple tools such as spell check would have shown the errors. Plus many people who work with her would have caught it. I seriously doubt that errors this egregious would have happened unless it was on purpose.

Definitely, they're way too obvious to miss. That was 100% on purpose. The MSM is too fucking stupid for their own good.

most likely the typos were result of OCR scan of the final version of the lawsuit.

Computer vision does stuff like confuse series of similar letters and skip spaces

Are there more than those 2 typos in the whole document?

Is this referring to blocking certification of a state in the Senate, come January? While you only need a house and Senate member to champion a vote, we don't have the House numbers we'd need to win that route. Unless President Trump has a magic criminal case that has Biden murdering someone on video, December 14th is our deadline.

Republicans do have the house votes

MakeAmericaLegendary 2 points ago +2 / -0

Does every state get one vote in that situation? I'm not talking about when it goes to the house for a full vote, but when votes are certified.

Republicans hold control of house delegations in 28 states

2
MakeAmericaLegendary 2 points ago +2 / -0

I understand that, but does that apply to certification beyond contested elections?

2
ImReallyRich 2 points ago +2 / -0

Oh I don’t know actually, I think the state legislature is in charge of certifying or at least appointing electors

Biden currently “has” 306.

Pennsylvania is not certifying. 286.

Georgia not certifying? 270.

We need 1 more and it goes to a house delegation and Trump wins. Checkmate.

Basically any 3 states fall and it’s game over. After ALL that cheating, Biden has very small, crumbly leads in all of these states. And we can win them in the courts, the SCOTUS, or the legislatures which we control.

Yes there will be many RINOs. But we only need 3 states. And there are many paths to victory. Biden’s situation is dire and I completely understand why Heel Up hasn’t resigned her senate seat.

Brooks is a U.S. House member from north Alabama. He ran in the special U.S. Senate election (but lost in the primary) in 2017.....you know, the one that Doug Jones won :-( Good thing we got that dough ball out. But the lefties in Alabama are still complaining about Tuberville winning.....even though Biden "won" the presidency.
