I'm watching leftists and mainstream media gloat that '3 Republican judges' found Trump's lawsuit in Pennsylvania frivolous. But I just finished reading the document. The legal team intentionally didn't present evidence and waived their oral argument. In fact:

This case is not about whether those claims are true. Rather, the Campaign appeals on a very narrow ground: whether the District Court abused its discretion in not letting the Campaign amend its complaint a second time. It did not.

And at the very end:

The Campaign asked for a very fast briefing schedule, and we have granted its request. Because the Campaign wants us to move as fast as possible, we also deny oral argument. We grant all motions to file overlength responses, to file amicus briefs, and to supplement appendices. We deny all other outstanding motions as moot.

**Justice Alito can now bring the case before the Supreme Court and try to get just 3 other justices to agree to listen to the case. If Giuliani was really trying to win these smaller court cases, he wouldn't have withheld evidence on purpose. **

And if the MSM is reporting that Trump lost well since we can safely assume the opposite is true... we’re over the target.

Trump said we had the facts on our side but not time.

It makes sense to get these cases dismissed quickly so they can move on to the supreme court.

I called this a week ago. They're purposely tanking the lower court cases, in order to fast track it to SCOTUS, because they are under a time crunch.

Yeah you and I know this but not all people understand this was a Legal maneuver. Rudy has been here before. Not his first rodeo. Love it when the media try to gloat over nothing. Thanks for the post.

I realize people should always seek out news from various viewpoints. However, with the MSM so grossly making shit up when reporting, the left is going to come unhinged when SCOTUS rules. Because they aren't going to understand what led up to it. It's kind of sad.

Its like being on a plane with blown engines and a missing wing. Everyone is on edge. Yet, the pilot flies as if nothing is wrong. LOL.

That’s what I thought, that they didn’t argue or present evidence. There is so much going on all at once though, which can be confusing, so thanks for explaining!

Now we get to the final legal step!!

sm0kie420 3 points ago +3 / -0

So they want to quickly move the process past the lower courts to settle everything in finality with the Supreme court.

No matter their decision it was always going to be appealed to SCOTUS so instead of wasting time they expedited it.

The legal team intentionally didn't present evidence and waived their oral argument.

I thought everyone knew this, We need to get to the SCOTUS ASAP. Common Sense.

Stupid LIBS

Does this mean they wanted to amend a second time and didn't get to? Does that mean something is missing now?

Also, did the lower courts really dismiss because it doesn't have standing?
