NSA > CIA. There’s a war going on between the two agencies. The CIA has viewed the NSA as a competitor that threatens their status as America’s premier intelligence agency. The NSA has proven multiple times that they’re much more based and have made several attempts to help Trump overcome the clowns at the CIA.
