The underlying problem is that conservatives are still too silent and complacent.

They still think that justice will prevail. They still think that all this evidence matter

You have to make a noise and show that you exist to get your rights.

Right now only the left is making the noise. The judges only see the left and are afraid of them.

They are not afraid of conservatives.

If the left is threatening to riot and they are getting whatever they want due to that, they have effectively taken over this country by force.

I do not want to bring in something like a civil war here, but they have effectively won it just by threatening one and the other side too afraid to be branded as evil by the leftist media.

To anybody thinking I am suggesting violence I would like to remind people that trump and kim jong threatened each other with nuclear war.

Strength is the deterrent here. That is what wins negotiations.

A court case is also negotiation as judges are influenced by society.

No judge in this country may want to anger the left who has taken over the country with no push back.

Nobody wants to make them angry or make them feel bad.

If you cannot stand up for your rights and show that you are the majority, then effectively you are a minority.

The left is better trained in political activism and has the media behind them

No where in the world has any political goal been met without large scale protests for long time.

Depending on justice when judges also have to live in society is foolish.

If conservatives cannot show in the street that the public supports trump, the judges will go by the images of left celebrating biden win and vote as per the VISIBLE public opinion.

This goes even for the supreme court

The left is ready to fight for this till the bitter end, if the right is not and is depending on some external machiniary like the judiciary or the doj to save them , they will always be losing to the left.

It is time that the right draws its red line that crossing this red line will cause mass public action, boycott, strikes, protests etc.

Only after such a public visibility will a court will even let evidence enter the case.

Be Visible or be silenced
