I don't think they are fighting as hard legally in WI because it's a stronger case (Rudy's words).
Wisconsin requires a ballot be requested. Without that the ballot is null and void, so take that as you will.
Me personally, you'd think they would fight tooth and nail there because it is low hanging fruit and we could use the momentum, but I'm just trying to play devils advocate.
