This is the most logical, believable and legally correct post I have seen so far from an alleged insider. Note that it doesn't allege anything about upcoming arrests or any sort of counter-coup contingencies. It merely notes the potential legal/political paths to victory, which should be fairly obvious by now. Considering that PA has already started official movement toward the state legislature choosing the electors, I'd rate this post as plausible.

I don't get the part about losing in PA is good bc it "buys us time" to go the legislature route. You can do both concurrently. One isn't dependent on the other.

He's suggesting that a decisive court ruling will not arrive in time to determine who wins PA. As a result, the legislature will be forced to step in and resolve the issue. As we all know, politicians love to punt the ball to the court and have them deal with the blowback, but in this case, PA might not be able to do that.
