Punitive damages and restitution are taxable, atty fees and such as well. Emotional distress is taxed. Compensation to physical injury is not taxed. Everything else depends on specific types of damages rewarded. I'm not a lawyer, but I watched Perry Mason and Matlock quite a bit.

As a Medical Doctor on TV I have certain legal insights, as a Doctor of Law, uniquely qualified to gauge the tightness of Barry Obama's sphincter at this moment. As some pede that watched Big Mike on Ellen I know where the beef is. It's being tossed into a van.

There is nothing more dangerous than a cornered narcissist that's looking at prison and disgrace. As we approach that moment when rats start leaving the sinking ship, looking for a deal, the entertainment level at dot Win is going to skyrocket.

Sorry to poke fun at serious business, the Republic is still in danger, but there are going to be some really bumpy nights for Dims.
