The cheating done for Obama and Joe is big league stuff that requires a lot of organizing and payoffs. Most states only recently began using the Dominion system, so they mostly had to do it the old-fashioned way--ballots in the back door. Remember the hanging-chad fiasco? People tried to punch multiple punchcards but the machine they were using could no punch them all out, so they invented new terms like "dimpled chad" which was something that could not have been made in a legit voting machine.
