he was upset that PA is running out of time. The resolution has potential to get shot down. He seemed a bit sad today that the clock is ticking. He also lost his temper with Rudy for wasting time & not making the the Dec 7 Safe Harbor deadline. So now we have a hail mary to Dec 14th....but it is DEPENDENT on the state legislators doing the right thing. And according to Rudy...he has been told that all the state legislators are whispering in his ear "we want to overturn but we don't want to be the FIRST state but we will be the second." so who is going to take the stand and be the first.
