Nobody was expecting anything different - a recount without an audit accomplishes nothing. The real item of interest are the 200k+ mail in ballots that were sent to people who never requested them and are at high risk of being tossed out as a result.
If not, then I guess they will just have to either toss 200k in whatever proportion the mail-in ballots were for each candidate (ie: deduct most of them from Biden’s count) or just throw out all the mail-in ballots period.
