Why shouldn't people, citizens or not, on US soil or not, who have committed acts of war on the United States be tried in a military court? Which court should have jurisdiction over something like that?
Is the theft of a presidential election criminal act or an act of war? It's about the most damaging thing I can think of. Should citizens who commit acts of war be tried in a criminal court or would a military court make more sense? Is it an act of terrorism? Can a terrorism suspect be held without trial? For how long? If a suspect is moved by the military to GITMO, which courts have jurisdiction?
I don't know. And I'm sure if the habbening habbens, that lawyers will test every single aspect, but this shit needs to be fixed. Stealing an election is an act of war and everyone involved needs to be punished to the greatest extent so that it can never happen again. Never. And any countries involved should be obliterated.
