So, how many times did the District Attorney haul someone in before the investigation was complete?

So, your Prosecutor charged people before an investigation? Hundreds and hundreds of times? And they showed their hands long before trial in order to allow the charged person to have lots of time to refute the evidence?

Sounds legit, totally!
