Possible That Dominion is a distraction and examining sorce code will show no fault after investigation.
Intel ME engine was / is used by 3 letter agency's to simply bypass all security on a computer and read and write as it sees fit. If those machines were connected to the internet then its possible this could be done in real time.
The Dominion Vote swapping code could be injected at the ME level, leaving no trace of foul play in the source code. The code would look legit and if they find a problem it could be put down to a glitch!
I suspect this to be the case only because of the Jill Stein red meat almost begging us to look at the base code of Dominion.
Sorry, you're going to need evidence for that. The evidence we already HAVE -- Dominion was set up expressly to cheat in elections. Every bit of it.

But you know the military was monitoring this, right? The connections were trackable, that's how they know which countries were involved. The vote fractioning was wired in. the USB dumps, the vote flipping...That's DOMINION.
It was stated by Sidney Powell that several countries had direct access, ability to monitor and to change votes on the fly remotely in real time. China and Iran were named specifically, but from her wording, possibly others.
Sidney Powell also mentioned the CIA and FBI being involved.
Maybe several countries were freaking out and throwing input in the machines/systems and overdone it collectively?
I agree with her and Rudy's points that when they saw the scale of Trump's victory, they had to shut down the machines to reprogram them/re-set algorithms.
