I haven’t. Usually they’re the fastest, easiest, and most obvious way to detect fraud - if the exit polls don’t match the final ballot results. I remember during the 2016 primaries when the exit polls were WAY off, so states stopped conducting them.

Has anybody seen any discussions about ANY exit polls this election?

FYI, I can find demographic exit polls - but not simply “so who’d ya vote for?” exit polls.
