What proves it a fraud is the fact that if someone voted for Biden to put him in office because they like his policies, they would not vote for Republicans because of the simple fact that you'd want to give your presidential pick their strongest lead in the house and senate so that they aren't obstructed. What Dominion did was count Biden votes 1.25 times and Trump votes .75 times- this explains the discrepancy if it didn't do that with all Republicans.
So say each candidate got 100 votes- Trump would be counted as 75 and Biden would be counted as 125. That's at least 20% of Biden's vote with no down ballot.
Would be interesting to know the total number of R House votes across the country and compare to Trump's supposed vote count. (This obviously wouldn't include people voting D for the House and Trump for pres, which is more likely to me than the inverse.)

After 3-4 weeks, nobody has come out and said they did it. And nobody has come out and said they only marked Biden when they mailed the ballot.
