I don't speak the language, or have proper context to truly judge the clip. From what I can see - I think the "shooter" was right to defend himself, but I also think the way he is waving the gun around seems like he is looking for an excuse to fire it. The antifa thug definitely would have rushed him if the opportunity presented itself, but the "gunman" makes no attempt to move back or de-escalate, he just taunts and waves the gun in blackbeards face. In the moment, he was right to fire, but leading up to it I think he handled himself poorly.
Without a longer clip and a proper translation I can't say for sure; but to me it looks far more to me like someone who was trying to get into a fight, than someone who was concerned for their safety and backed into a corner where they were forced to pull a "gun". Though I do enjoy the flaming antifag.
