There may be other plays they are pursuing and just dragging this one along as a smokescreen and diversion could be the tactic on this case. Much like in WW2 where allied soldiers would position dead bodies on hills and tie strings on them to bait out sniper fire.

Don’t worry, this was expected. The entire strategy of the Trump Campaign in PA is to get the case to the SCOTUS. The lower courts in PA blocked the Trump Campaign from providing evidence, thus the Trump Campaign is pushing the case as fast as possible to a potential SCOTUS case (this is actually explicitly stated by the judge).
There’s also a lot of politics being played regarding this case. If this case gets accepted by the SCOTUS, then it has the potential to throw out millions of votes or completely invalidate the EC votes from PA. No judicial body has that type of political clout to do such a thing, only the SCOTUS.
I see, the Supreme Court is going to take up the case, throw out the election due to overwhelming voter irregularities, send it to the United States House of Representatives, and they will re-elect Donald Trump..........so, the challenge here, is to prove the massive fraud that occurred. Will Rudy be able to do it?, that's the key question now.
