The lower courts in PA blocked the Trump Campaign from providing evidence, thus the Trump Campaign is pushing the case as fast as possible to a potential SCOTUS case (this is actually explicitly stated by the judge).
There’s also a lot of politics being played regarding this case. If this case gets accepted by the SCOTUS, then it has the potential to throw out millions of votes or completely invalidate the EC votes from PA. No judicial body has that type of political clout to do such a thing, only the SCOTUS.
