Theres a ton of evidence, but there not presenting it in lower courts, they want to get it to the SCOTUS as quickly as possible. So there just getting cases thrown out asap.
It not that they are afraid to show it, it just allows it to go quicker. No point arguing in these courts, your just wasting your own time.
Say, like first court.
Show me your evidence, ok ill take a look at this evidence over a period of time. 2 weeks later/ 4 weeks later, no decision.
No evidence means its an open and shut case, can't be held up.
