When Rush leaves his show.. Who would you like to see take the reins on the 12-3 slot?

I think Buck Sexton is ready.. Not sure though.. Big shoes to fill

Of the regulars, I like Mark Steyn the best.

Sexton would be good, though I would probably prefer Mark Steyn.

I am going to guess Rush has a suitable successor in waiting. If EIB is smart it will forever be the Rush Limbaugh Show Featuring... A strident, red meat host wont cut it. I think he will pick someone with a great sense of humor who communicates simply and clearly without antagonising. Think of why you were drawn to Rush and how he may have changed your thought and life. Since 1988 I have never heard him angrily hang up on a caller. I think the most inspiring call I ever heard was the former criminal who had the opportunity to listen most days and turned his life around to be a proud, productive, normal member pf society. Maybe only Rush could do that, but thats the kind of personality needed. Might even be a rotation for a while. It will be interesting to see how many affiliates hamg on.

I was hoping Shapiro would be waiting in the wings. His second and third hour of programming for the past year seemed like perfect grooming to me.
