The resolution he's bringing to the PA legislature is just a strongly worded letter. It's NOT naming Electors. That's OK because it's not quite time yet. The resolution he's bringing does two things:
lets him do a dry run for the real thing, make sure he's got the votes
gives the SoS a task to do that the SoS will refuse, which will then provide justification for the legislature to name their own Electors
So, he seems to have the Right Plan. And he's on track. Will he go the way? Not sure, but it's going to be difficult to not go all the way. I think he will.
So far he has been way way more courageous than... anyone at DoJ, than just about anyone other than DJT, Rudy, Jenna, Sidney, and Lin. In government, he's been the most courageous after DJT himself.
