We should start filling suits against these companies. If they don't have the courage to risk any financial loss to stand up for citizens rights they should be accountable for that.
I own a small business in Washington State and I DO NOT require masks of anyone or even mention it. There's no signs on my doors. When a deputy came to see what was going on. I told him straight up that the governor does not have the constitutional authority to make such an order and I was exempt and would not follow it. He literally said "good for you". He's a customer now.
Sheriffs are elected and accountable to the people. Imo Sheriffs deputies make better officers than unelected police departments especially in the inner cities.
