For those who don't know, the Americans with disabilities act requires that individuals with disabilities be provided reasonable accommodation in public places. Such as handicap spots, wheelchair ramps, braille on signs, sign language interpreters, service animals, etc. If someone has a medical condition that prevents them from wearing a mask, it should be considered reasonable accommodation that they be exempt from wearing one. I'm surprised there haven't been massive lawsuits over this yet.
