If a party has cheated on a large scale, it doesn't matter whether or not they won the legal votes. If you cheat, you forfeit the election. Any "count the legal vote" approach is a tacit validation that cheating is ok.
I would like to argue that it should get to death penalty. Treason once a certain threshold of cheating happens. Maybe anything over 10 fraudulent votes from one actor or group of actors.

Well the Democrats have seen that the expansion of the mail-in ballots was a smashing success. So smashing, in fact, that they were able to beat Trump who had off-the-charts turnout, performed phenomenally in the rural areas and also cut into the urban vote (percentage-wise) deeper than any recent Republican.
And he still lost.
The Democrats, in essence, have found the magic spell to beat Republicans every time, in just about any statewide race, through this mail-in ballot system. They are never going to give up this advantage. Ever. They will push for this always and everywhere, pandemic or not, and they will likely get it.
To my mind, even if fraud is completely disproven in this election, we need to accept that Democrats have altered the voting process so much that fair representation for conservatives is not looking likely anymore.

There is a high burden of proof and the cheating needs to be on a large scale. If the Dems cheat for the Republicans, we can still prove who did it.

& that election is upheld without corrections & especially without an investigation,the Social Contract is broken.It's over for them. For the next 50 years not a single D president will be considered legitimate.
