Well, regardless of what legislature decides, I'm still not sure how this would work. Their session ends Monday the 30th, but electors aren't appointed until after that. Even if they would all decide on it, how would that work since they would all be out of session?
We don't need them to appoint electors. We simply need them to fail to certify any electors.
Trump doesn't actually need the electoral votes -- they don't really matter for him. As long as Biden doesn't get those votes, and as a result gets less than 270, we win.
Whether Trump gets 270 (or indeed ANY) electoral votes has no effect on the outcome. If no one gets 270, the House decides with one vote per state, and we control more state delegations.
No idea. I have no clue how anything of that stuff works.
I have no clue how ANY of this stuff works. Never seen shit like this in my life before.
That's why I'm wondering, because nobody seems to really be mentioning this. It SOUNDS like good news and every starts celebrating, without taking all of the details, and what all this entails into account. It's a good step in the right direction, but nowhere NEAR a win.
Also, this is one of many paths to victory. We just need to get Biden under 270EC votes.

Surely they would be able to hold a special session? Mastriano hopefully doing some overtime this weekend to convince others.
