Biden will concede to Trump before a SCOTUS decision!

This is speculation but my gut feeling is that Biden has already accepted he must concede. I think Biden has been cooperating with the White House. He knows they have evidence of his crimes that could put him in jail for life. I actually think the Trump administration and Biden will make a deal. If Biden concedes then Trump will let him retire to obscurity and never go to jail. My guess is when Biden concedes he will do it in a prerecorded video. He will say his experts statisticians have analyzed the data and it’s determined that the best course of action is too concede. The media will go nuts and the next 4 years will be very interesting.
Biden will not see the inside of a prison no matter what. No court would find him competent to stand trial because he's got Parkinson's and dementia (from the same Parkinson's), and demented defendants are not competent to stand trial.
It's not Biden who has to give, it's Schumer and Harris. Maybe a few others. It's not a sure thing that they'll cave. They've come this far, and it's not yet clear that Trump will eke out the win in the EC or in Congress. My guess is they've been put on notice and they're thinking about it. Negotiations? Maybe, maybe that will come later. But if GEOTUS really has the goods on them then they must be negotiating.
