Biden will concede to Trump before a SCOTUS decision!

This is speculation but my gut feeling is that Biden has already accepted he must concede. I think Biden has been cooperating with the White House. He knows they have evidence of his crimes that could put him in jail for life. I actually think the Trump administration and Biden will make a deal. If Biden concedes then Trump will let him retire to obscurity and never go to jail. My guess is when Biden concedes he will do it in a prerecorded video. He will say his experts statisticians have analyzed the data and it’s determined that the best course of action is too concede. The media will go nuts and the next 4 years will be very interesting.
Biden didn't cheat - his deep state bosses and the CCP attempted to "install" him as Chuck Schumer said, probably because they have dirt on them. CCP appears to have manufactured some of the internal parts of the Dominion systems. And they had access to manipulate the votes via the internet. If China actually did this, it could be viewed as declaring war on the United States. I am more worried about how we will respond to that than anything else. Biden can just play dumb, I doubt they have any audio or video or emails of him giving orders
