Biden will concede to Trump before a SCOTUS decision!

This is speculation but my gut feeling is that Biden has already accepted he must concede. I think Biden has been cooperating with the White House. He knows they have evidence of his crimes that could put him in jail for life. I actually think the Trump administration and Biden will make a deal. If Biden concedes then Trump will let him retire to obscurity and never go to jail. My guess is when Biden concedes he will do it in a prerecorded video. He will say his experts statisticians have analyzed the data and it’s determined that the best course of action is too concede. The media will go nuts and the next 4 years will be very interesting.
We can only speculate about what we don't see but we also forget that we sometimes see what we don't see.
If I were Biden then right now I would be all over making sure the election is legit. For better or for worse, for good or for bad.
He should technically be speaking be leading the charge for his followers on making sure there either was no significant fraud or that it's caught and that the result is legitimate.
We can speculate as to why he might not be doing that but there's no excuse for it. At the very least you have someone who empirically is unable to do the job they're applying for.
All that said and done the Democrat insistence going back half a year at least that there will be no fraud as though they are psychics and therefore will not even take measures to prevent it only opens the door for it while ushering people in.
Now they're sticking to that and demanding all investigations be called off, etc.
You really can only come to one conclusion.
