This is speculation but my gut feeling is that Biden has already accepted he must concede. I think Biden has been cooperating with the White House. He knows they have evidence of his crimes that could put him in jail for life. I actually think the Trump administration and Biden will make a deal. If Biden concedes then Trump will let him retire to obscurity and never go to jail. My guess is when Biden concedes he will do it in a prerecorded video. He will say his experts statisticians have analyzed the data and it’s determined that the best course of action is too concede. The media will go nuts and the next 4 years will be very interesting.
