It does.

I’m the kind of guy who runs around with a hammer thinking everything‘s nail.

Donald Trump is the kind of guy who places the nail there and then comes back three years later and convinces it to hammer itself.

So I probably can’t figure out his motives

If I was a traitor who heard the president talking about catching everybody,I would shit seeing these new laws put into place about firing squads. It would cause me to wonder if it’s just a matter of time before getting caught.

Trump is expressing post election plans, which signals the enemy that he is already past the win and into business. It could be a bluff on trumped part, but the criminals don’t have the luxury and most certainly are wondering if they will get a bullet. Powerful stuff

Wasn't the change that states that already have firing squad as a method of execution can have it for federal crimes, not all states? I think only 3 states currently have it and haven't used this method in a really long time.

Correction: Utah has done it once in 1996 and once in 2010. Source I saw said these are the only 2 since 1976 in the entire country.
