i kept wondering what the PA GOP House majority would do when we kept cheering on the PA Senate. i just knew that the one of the two legislative bodies was gonna be RINO/dems in disguise like the PA GOP House.
there needs to be a house and senate vote to actively change the current law though. right now based on the 1930 law passed by the PA legislature the secretary of state has the authority to pick the electors. PA legislature would need 101 house votes and 26 senate votes to overturn that 1930 law and select the electors themselves.
