Trump tweeted saying that Biden had to prove that the votes were legal, which is correct. Democrats will cry and say he doesn’t because “count all votes!!” Trump will sue, and Democrats will be arguing saying that votes are considered legal unless evidence is shown otherwise. This is obviously the biggest crock of shit — anyone can contest the results, people just normally won’t do it because:
- Judges wouldn’t do shit.
- The scale was not as overwhelming as in 2020z
- Lightweights like McCain and Romney would just concede like the pussies they are.
SCOTUS will rule that votes are considered invalid unless verified as authentic, which:
- In-person votes are almost always valid, since poll workers don’t let people who aren’t supposed to vote, vote. Republicans overwhelmingly vote in person.
- Ballots that could not be verified as legal by poll watchers will be thrown out.
- Ballots that were not proven to have matching signatures will be thrown out (unless they later show they match — most won’t which is why they refused to verify them)
- Ballots that come after the legal deadline (such a in PA) won’t count.
Biden thinks the burden of proving truth is on Trump. That is false. If states can’t say without a doubt that the votes are legal, the votes will be thrown out.

California says otherwise. Dave Rubin said that he just told the worker his name and they gave him a ballot. Didn't check anything at all.

Equal protection clause under the Civil Rights Act will turn this rigged election on it's head. I think this will be the main argument the Trump team will pursue.
Equal protection is their mission as it was the rule of law used to win Bush V. Gore. However, if Trump sues, citing fraudulent ballots the burden will be on the Dems to prove otherwise. I don’t think Trump has filed his master lawsuit yet. The Dems really won’t be able to prove anything. Trump likely wins in an 11th hour Supreme Court decision.
The main problem with this is that the fraud has already occurred and the fraudulent ballots have already been mixed with the valid ballots. There’s no way to just subtract the fraudulent votes from the total vote count. So if it can be proven in hearings and/or court that there was enough fraud to impact the result, the only options are a revote or the various alternate methods of selecting electors (or the house delegation voting for president). I think this is the biggest hurdle to overturning the current result. It would take much less guts for judges or pols to do the right thing if we could just identify the fraudulent votes and disqualify them. It will take people with huge gonads to do the right thing and toss out vote results in favor of these alternate methods, and I wonder if we have enough of those people in the right places.

Remember during Russia collusion, the media and the left kept telling Trump to “prove innocence”? They said if he can not prove he is innocent, he is guilty. Made my head spin. I said What happened to “you are innocent until proven otherwise.” I’m not saying it is the same thing, but just a reminder what the left did to us.
