You can scrub them but they also need to be overwritten as well. Deleting is not enough new information has to occupy the hard drive space so that the forensic process cannot retrieve deleted information.

What are the chances we already have the data from them though? Copies would be good proof of evidence.
Of that's the case then it won't just be the Senate runoff. DeKalb County has a runoff in December.
