Yeah. On the one side any Muslim, even a “peaceful” Muslim, is just a majority away from using their religion to justify horrendous atrocities. They literally use their religion to run the state. Their religion is political framework through and through.
As a minority, most of them remain peaceful and cry out for unity, except for the extremists. But as soon as they obtain real political power the “peaceful” Muslims condone and call for the violence against others. In every survey “peaceful” Muslims overwhelmingly support killing non believers, upwards of 70-90% depending on the country.
But yeah on the other hand what China is doing is still bad.
It's just a matter of %, as you said. There is not a single place where they got to more than 10% of the populace and didn't start calling for more autonomy to turn their environment into a shitkebab hellhole....
Conflicted here... On one side, any removal of mudslimes is always welcome. On the other side, China going wild... Not sure what to feel.
