Actually, the 123 disenfranchized small-population counties in Virginia should sue in Federal Court the 10 largest counties for a recount/audit of their elections. The fraud came from there, just like Dane and Milwaukee in WI, Wayne in MI, Philadelphia and Pittsburgh in PA, Maricopa in AZ, Clarke in NV, and Fulton in GA.
And who initiates this? In my county we are overrun by Democrats on our board of county supervisors. I assume all counties in Virginia have this BOCS structure?
Seems like organizing across the state to get a large number of people on board.... maybe a well worded petition, maybe rallies? We are not considered a swing state so we have to place ourselves in front of our state legislature because we are not going to get national attention for the presidential election.

Most people aren't talking about it, but there was a HUGE spike in Dem votes late at night in VA just like there was in MI and WI. Trump was winning VA like 53-44. Loudon County was red up until like 1am when they dumped 50,000 ballots for Biden, and Fairfax County was sitting at about 52% for Biden with 98% of precincts in for like 2hrs when they dropped 300,000 ballots that pumped Biden up to 70%.
