...I disagree with banning legal immigrants. But, obviously stay suspicious if they begin pursuing any kind of influence in finances or defense, etc.
Maybe loosen the restrictions on intel collecting on those with green cards? In the intel world, people with green cards are treated like citizens, for FISA reasons.
