Totally noticed this between 9-11 pm on election night, my wife made mention of it, too, as we watched the results live, as well as several folks I was chatting online with. General consensus was, "When the fuck did we ever 'stop' counting on election night in any state in years past, or decide that ' counting will resume on Wed morning?!?'" #FraudAlert
