The problem was, they had too many different people putting their finger on the scale - each thinking they were getting away with it.
Just a few mis-counted votes here and there... per individual counting.

But there were fucking 12 or 15 campaigns going on and Oops! we have 748% voter turn out, 99% Biden buckets, LOL people just hate Trump so much they rose from the dead
