The tidbit about watermarks on ballots turned out to have a smidgen of truth in it, although the excitable boys spun an enormous fantasy about it.
Not necessarily watermarks, but they most likely didn’t print the fake ballots at the same place the State did, so the paper and ink they used will likely be different than the official source.
It’s more of a “fingerprint” than a watermark.

IT sounds like another Q larp. I'll believe it when I see it. It sounds to good to be true and you know if something sounds to good to be true it usually is.
Its not a sting Op till there are actual arrests. That there are none tells you one potential reality. Either they witnessed Biden win legitimately, they witnesses it and xhose tobdo nothing, or they witnessed it and are using it as leverage over a new biden admin. None of these outcomes are good.
